This is an average size capsule. Easy to swallow. No bad flavor. It helps my skin look great. I feel healthy. I have not gotten sick and note I am a Teacher of small children. This is a must in your day to day routine!

I love the quality of this product. I was using a different brand, but it was more expensive. I'm satisfied with the quality, amount, & the fact that it's organic without extra fillers. I do feel healthier and my immune system has definitely improved! My husband & I take this everyday.
