i’ve always wanted to try reishi mushroom as a supplement. i was half an organic version like this one was available. i only take one a day instead of the two a day they suggest. it keeps me optimal throughout the day.

I took my first dose a couple hours ago and I am feeling very relaxed. I get anxious a lot through out the day so I'm excited to see if these will help with that. Packaging was good and delivery was fast. I'm very excited about this supplement.

I normally take a blend of mushrooms and not just one, but when this bottle of Reishi mushroom powder came up on my list of items I could review I selected it. My blends all have reishi in them and I feel it is a very good mushroom with many health benefits. I think this is a very good supplement if you just want reishi and is definitely good for health. I checked on the quality of the powder and found it to be very good with a lovely, slightly sweet flavor. I will be adding this powder to my morning coffee along with other mushroom powders.

So far so good. I haven't been taking this very long, but I'm hoping it will help me to continue my striving for better health. As a senior diabetic this is something I have become more serious about. Love that this is organic and made in the USA. I feel like the quality of the product is just what I look for in a supplement.

I have been taking this product for 1 month now, and I can say that my energy levels improved a lot. I used to feel tired and fatigued, and since I started taking those pills I noticed some improvement. The quality of my sleep is better now. I take 2 pills in the morning!!!

Great product works really well helps nourish the body with proven and powerful ingredients. I like this brand and see myself using other products as well. I use reishi mushroom before a workout as it helps with cognitive function and improve concentration and focus.

Reishi mushrooms have been used in Eastern medicine for many, many years. There is some possible evidence it can help with certain illnesses including heart, high blood pressure and various infections including viral.As with any supplement, there’s always a lot of “if,” “may,” “could,” “perhaps,” etc. tossed into the mix It’s best to look at several sites and not make your mind up based on one site alone. What works for one person may not work as well or at all for another. I don’t think it’s going to be a magic pill or cure-all but it may be beneficial for better sleep and help reduce fatigue, among some other claimed benefits.I don’t see there being many side effects unless you’re allergic to this mushroom but how would you know if you’ve never taken it? If you have low blood pressure or are on blood thinners, I’ve read you may want to consult a doctor before trying this.I didn’t find this made me sleepy, hyper or suddenly have a big boost of energy. I feel like it had a calming effect which might be helpful to promote a more restful sleep. Better sleep means better mood the next day and feeling less tired or fatigued which goes along with the claims of what this can do.

Suggested daily intake of two (2) capsules daily means that bottle of 120 will last you approximately two months. At current price around 10 bucks, my math says that cost is currently around 16 cents a day. I know that’s still a lot cheaper than the cost of me going to the forest (or goodness knows where) to gather Reishi (1000mg in suggested daily capsule dosage) mushrooms! They do however claim 100% Organic Ingredients, Non GMO, Gluten Free, Keto Friendly, Vegan Friendly, No preservatives. As photo shows, capsules are about the same width as the U.S. Quarter Dollar included for comparison. Bottle cap has a “Scan this QR code” for some type of promotional incentive, but I did not attempt to use it.If think this product is an exceptionally good value, and have no problems recommending it to you.Thanks for indicating if you’ve found my comments and photos helpful!

Very easy to swallow and you can take on an empty stomach. I have been taking 2 every morning for about 5 weeks. I notice way more calm energy and less stress. Also notice an immune system boost. I have not had usual allergies/ head cold that I usually experience in mid summer. This product is fantastic!

I love that this product is vegan friendly, organic and small business. I have never used reishi in the past but mushroom medicine is coming along as a good suppliment. I hope it will help my fibromyalgia symptoms.

I like the quantity of the supplements and can’t wait to see if the effects are as advertised! Hardly any scent (I won’t take smelly pills) and they are a reasonable size capsule.

This is my main go to for a restful night's sleep. Easy to swallow capsules make this an easier process. Just take it either before bed. While great for immune system, even better for a good night's sleep. A big plus is the standardized extract for polysaccharides.

I just started taking these. Went down easily and with no aftertaste. They don’t smell, which is important to me. Sometimes when I open a bottle of supplements, the smell turns me off.
